“Lonzino” is made of the central piece of pork cutlet. It is cured and cold smoked over beech wood. It has a very mild taste and it is nearly free of fat. Goes perfectly as a ham sandwich, with asparagus and any other vegetable, or it is a perfect addition to cold platters with cheese.
