From the Netherlands, Gouda Truffo is a farmhouse-style Gouda made with thermised cow’s milk and aged young for a supple yet firm bite. The light yellow paste is speckled with visible truffle pieces and has almost no holes, making it easy to slice and serve. On the palate, creamy dairy notes and a gentle, lightly aged savoriness lead into a distinct, aromatic truffle finish—elegant, flavorful, and surprisingly versatile.
