材料
法國阿爾卑斯起司鍋加熱包（2人份）1 包
白酒：150 ml
大蒜：1 瓣
玉米粉（太白粉亦可）：1 茶匙
作法步驟
1. 準備鍋具
將大蒜切面在起司鍋（或厚底鍋）內壁均勻擦拭一圈，讓鍋子帶淡淡蒜香。
2. 加熱白酒
倒入白酒，以小火到中小火加熱至溫熱即可，不要煮沸。
3. 加入起司
將起司分次少量加入，邊加邊持續攪拌（畫圈或 8 字皆可）。每次完全融化後，再加入下一次。
4. 讓口感更滑順
取少量白酒把玉米粉先調勻，再倒回鍋中攪拌至滑順、微微濃稠。
5. 上桌享用
將鍋子移到小火保溫。搭配麵包丁沾取，食用過程可不時輕輕攪拌，維持均勻滑順口感。
