起司狂歡節 2025 系列活動 將帶來一整個月的美味體驗，從品酒晚宴到獨特派對，邀請大家一起探索歐洲經典乳酪文化。這場於宜蘭舉辦的「柴火拉可雷特派對」結合了山林氛圍與木火烹調，帶來最具節慶感的限定饗宴。
客人將品嚐三款風味拉可雷特起司、紐約客牛排、法式洋蔥湯與干邑烤蘋果奶酥，並搭配專屬精選葡萄酒。18 席限量，帶您沉浸在起司與柴火的狂歡氛圍中。
As part of the Cheese Festival 2025 series, we are bringing a month-long celebration of European cheese culture with curated dinners and unique events. This special Wood-Fired Raclette Party in Yilan captures the festive spirit of the season, blending rustic mountain ambiance with the magic of wood-fire cooking.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring three varieties of Raclette, New Yorker steak, French onion soup, and a Cognac-infused apple crumble, paired with exclusive wine selections. With only 18 seats available, this intimate gathering promises a truly festive and indulgent experience.
