Made specially by Les Frères Marchand, it is rubbed, turned and matured on a spruce board. Its rind takes on an orangey, pearly yellow color and its paste is supple and homogeneous, characterized by a rather white and yellow color with small openings.
Tasting advice: Tomme aux Noisettes is usually enjoyed at the end of a meal with a nice slice of bread, or as part of a buffet breakfast.
Wine suggestion: Tomme with hazelnuts goes well with Toul wine.
