Storage Instructions
For any unfinished portion, wrap in baking paper or wax paper, place in an airtight container, and store in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator.

(2)Depending on your refrigerator’s conditions, open the lid daily to let the cheese breathe before closing it again.
(3)If condensation forms inside the container, wipe it away with a paper towel.
