For our bacon we use as little as possible salt and we smoke it in pure beech wood, which gives it a distinctive and unique taste. Used as a minor ingredient to flavor dishes like sandwiches. Bacon is also used for barding and larding roasts of any kind. Our bacon is fully cooked, and you can enjoy it as a cold cut as well.
