⚘ Return Policy for Perishable Items: Refrigerated items fall under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales" (perishable items, items with a short shelf life, or items nearing expiration at the time of cancellation). These items are excluded from the 7-day withdrawal right specified in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, returns are not accepted.
