A traditional cheese recognized with Appellation d’Origine Protégée, this thousand-year-old cheese is the Basque sheep's cheese par excellence! Its soft and tender ivory-colored paste, perfumed with notes of hazelnut and sheep, is slightly grainy. It is a long-lasting cheese that you can store easily.

【保存方式】
未食用完的部分，可用烘焙紙或是蠟紙包裹，放入保鮮盒再放置冰箱中的蔬果室保存。
