侍酒魂（Somm Spirit'D）由法籍侍酒師 Yohan Morel 與台灣侍酒師 Zoe Yang 共同創立，八年來致力於推廣葡萄酒與美食文化，策劃無數難忘的品飲與盛會。今年，我們將以一場別開生面的主題派對慶祝八週年——從 法國阿爾卑斯山的經典風味 到 80 年代的閃耀節奏，帶來結合法式山區盛宴與迪斯可舞池的狂歡之夜。
現場將有 傳統盲飲比賽 挑戰味蕾、慈善葡萄酒拍賣 以美酒回饋社會、以及 80's 主題裝扮大賽，讓霓虹與亮片閃耀舞池。更有現場樂團表演與 葡萄酒暢飲 Free Flow，讓您盡情享受音樂、美酒與派對的無限魅力。

Founded by French sommelier Yohan Morel and Taiwanese sommelier Zoe Yang, Somm Spirit’D has spent the past eight years curating unforgettable wine and dining experiences. To celebrate our 8th anniversary, we’re hosting a dazzling themed party—bringing together the classic flavors of the French Alps with the sparkling energy of the 1980’s disco era.
The night will feature our traditional blind tasting contest, a charity wine auction, and an 80's disco costume contest where sequins and neon shine brightest. With a live band keeping the groove alive and free-flowing wine all night long, get ready for an evening of indulgence, music, and celebration.
