更是一場關於台灣風土、職人精神與葡萄酒文化的深度交流。
Brenda 多年來專注於台灣在地乳源與手工乳酪製作,
透過細膩且富有層次的風味,展現出台灣乳酪獨有的個性與魅力。
Yohan 擁有超過 20 年葡萄酒與餐飲經驗,
曾參與國際精品酒店與 Michelin 星級餐飲團隊,
長期致力於精品葡萄酒與餐酒搭配文化推廣。
本次活動將由兩位親自帶領大家,
透過精選乳酪與葡萄酒搭配,
帶領大家探索風味、質地與 terroir 之間的平衡與層次。

Le Comptoir is proud to present an exclusive, bilingual tasting experience led by two distinguished experts: Brenda, artisanal cheesemaker from DIDA Creamery, and Yohan, a seasoned wine specialist.
This curated experience brings together Taiwanese artisanal cheeses and world-class wines, offering far more than a traditional pairing. It is an invitation to explore the dialogue between terroir, craftsmanship, and culture.
With years of dedication to Taiwan’s local dairy landscape, Brenda crafts cheeses that express the island’s unique terroir—each bite revealing nuanced layers, delicate textures, and a distinct sense of place.
Yohan, with over two decades of experience in wine and gastronomy—including collaborations with international boutique hotels and Michelin-starred culinary teams—brings a refined perspective on wine pairing and storytelling through flavor.
Together, they will guide guests through a thoughtfully selected tasting, unveiling the harmony between cheese and wine, and exploring the interplay of flavor, texture, and origin.
