⚘ Shipping Time: For delivery items, Black Cat shipping will be arranged within 2-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays. Order processing time is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
⚘ Return Policy for Perishable Items: Refrigerated items fall under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales" (perishable items, items with a short shelf life, or items nearing expiration at the time of cancellation). These items are excluded from the 7-day withdrawal right specified in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, returns are not accepted. Please ensure the items you order are what you need before placing an order.
