這款起司有著非常悠久的歷史，據說，這種起司是由附近的蓬蒂維修道院中的修女所創造，並以奧布鎮命名。我們的夏悟司起司為農場手工製作，並在直接在我們的地窖中熟成。夏悟起司質地柔軟，內心呈奶油狀，味道微鹹，略帶乳酸味。它散發著奶油、榛果和鮮採蘑菇的泥土味。它的奶油味與酸種麵包為絕配，還可與鹹派、奶油醬一同食用，切碎後放在菊苣沙拉上或切成丁放入南瓜泥中，也非常美味。
