Beaufort exterior presents the distinct concave shape, during maturation it is kept in a beechwood circle, which is where it gets its famous shape from. Beaufort is a rare product with a limited amount, it is only produced by about fteen producers. From June to October, only 100 days a year, the cows enjoy the luscious grass of the pastures instead of being fed hay-like winter. It also has a rich, sweet and complex flavor that satises the palate. Many people love Beaufort due to its well-balanced flavor.
