Brie de Meaux is a traditional soft cheese that is made from raw cow's milk cheese. Under its rind hides a supple and generous cream-colored paste. Its subtle taste gives aromas of cream, butter and hazelnut. Aged, it will release powerful aromas. This cheese has traditionally been made in the region for more than 400 years. Brie was even crowned “king of cheeses” at the Congress of Vienna in 1815.
