Our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham is chosen by chef Quique Dacosta, winner of 3 Michelin stars, to delight his guests at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz hotel in Madrid. It comes from a 100% Iberian pig that has been raised in freedom and fed on acorns. Each piece is naturally cured in the cellar that lasts between 3 and 4 years. Salamanca is the ideal place for its preparation. We enjoy a perfect climate that provides exceptional conditions such as temperature and dry air. That is why the hams that leave our facilities are also exceptional.

我們的伊比利亞豬是在柞木和橡樹的農場自由放牧。豬隻每日大約行走10至12公里，這座牧場是唯一一座能養殖橡果餵養的伊比利豬的自然生態環境。秋冬季橡果結實期間，伊比利豬會以牧場的橡果和草地為食，藉此滋養伊比利火腿的優秀品質和獨特風味。
